Riabo dashboard showing Irish school actions, reminders and recognition

School Leadership
shouldn't mean
chasing people.

Every school leader knows the feeling: following up paperwork, sending reminders and wondering what has been completed. Riabo was built by a practising Irish principal to help schools follow through without the constant chasing.

Riabo dashboard showing Irish school actions, reminders and recognition

Delegate the job once.
Riabo takes care of the follow-up.

Riabo keeps track of the work you have assigned, reminds people when it is due and lets you know when it has been completed.

No more reminder emails. No more awkward follow-up conversations.

How it works

You delegate it.
Riabo keeps it moving.

From the moment you assign a job, Riabo keeps everyone informed until the work is finished.

  1. Riabo screen showing a Cúntas Míosúil action being assigned to a teacher
    01

    Assign the work

Set out what needs to be done, choose who is responsible and add a deadline. Everyone can see exactly what is expected.

For example: assign the September Cúntas Míosúil to each class teacher.

  2. A gentle automatic reminder from Riabo about an upcoming school deadline
    02

    Riabo sends the reminders

Friendly reminders are sent automatically before the deadline and again if the work becomes overdue.

You do not need to send another staff email or approach anyone in person.

  3. A teacher uploading completed work and evidence to Riabo
    03

    Staff submit their work

The teacher marks the action complete and uploads any document, note or evidence you have requested.

Everything is submitted in one place instead of being scattered across email.

  4. Riabo dashboard showing completed school actions and staff recognition
    04

    You see what is finished

Riabo updates automatically, so you can see what is complete, what is due and where somebody may need support.

When the work is completed on time, Riabo also makes sure it is recognised.

School leadership has changed.
The to-do list certainly has.

As a principal, I found I was spending more and more time trying to remember what I'd asked people to do. Had everyone uploaded their Cúntas Míosúil? Who still needed a reminder? Which jobs were finished, and which had simply been forgotten?

That's why I built Riabo.

I wanted to create the work once, assign it to the right people and let the software take care of the reminders and follow-up.

Designed for Irish schools

Cúntas Míosúil, SSE, Child Protection, Bí Cineálta, School Support Plans and more. Riabo feels familiar because it understands Irish schools and the way they work.

Built by a principal

Every feature comes from real experience leading a busy primary school. Riabo is an app that I use myself to keep track of the work I've assigned.

Supportive, not punitive

Riabo is not designed to catch people out. It helps everyone get things done through clear expectations, gentle reminders and positive recognition.

No more wondering who's done what

Riabo tracks everything automatically, so you can see what is complete, what is due and where somebody may need support. And it's all in one place.

Frequently asked questions

Questions?
We've answered the most common ones.

Is Riabo only for Irish primary schools?

Riabo has been designed specifically for Irish primary schools, using the language, responsibilities and day-to-day work that school leaders are already familiar with. However, it can be used in lots of other sectors.

Do teachers need training?

No. Riabo has been designed to feel familiar from day one. Creating an action, uploading evidence or responding to a reminder only takes a few clicks.

Will Riabo replace our existing systems?

No. Riabo works alongside Aladdin, Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams and other school management systems you already use. It helps you organise actions, collect evidence and keep track of what has been completed without replacing your school management system.

Is our school's data secure?

Yes. Your school's information belongs to your school. Riabo never sells your data and has been built with privacy and security in mind.

Can I try Riabo before paying?

Absolutely. Every school receives a free 30-day trial with full access to every feature. No credit card is required.

What if I need help?

Riabo was built by a practising school principal, so support is practical, straightforward and based on real experience of running an Irish primary school.

What does Riabo mean?

It's Obair backwards.
Riabo is all about helping the work move forwards... even if the name goes backwards!
Yes, I realise that sounds like the sort of thing a principal comes up with after staring at paperwork for too long.
